BURBERRY BBR Leather Patch Pocket Lapel Down Jacket
Made of 100D nylon fabric, density ≥230T, lightly calendered (for a subtle sheen), and coated with a fluorine-free waterproof coating (DWR) to ensure water repellency while maintaining breathability (see the slightly wrinkled texture and crispness of the fabric in the image).
Uses a high-density polyester lining of 300T or higher (such as twill spun polyester) to ensure no down leakage and maintain lightweight quality without compromising loft. Filled with 900 fill power white duck down (85%-90%), ensuring a full, three-dimensional look without being overly bulky, achieving a naturally fluffy and non-puffy visual effect. Uses YKK brand size 5 nylon zippers (matte dark gray/black, close to the fabric), with fine, flat teeth, a simple square zipper pull, and an etched brand logo. A 1.5cm wide, same-color fabric windproof flap (double-layered, with a thin cotton strip inside for added crispness) is stitched to the outside of the zipper. The cuffs feature a faux two-piece design (outer cuffs are folded, inner cuffs are ribbed), with two 12mm diameter metal buttons (matching the pocket snaps) spaced 3cm apart. The buttonholes are handmade (double-stitched edges, precise hole diameter). The leather is made of top-grain calfskin (0.8mm thick), with a matte aniline finish and oiled edges (0.3mm thick, smooth and rounded, color matching the label). The brand logo (knight emblem + text) on the leather label is embossed and hot-stamped (gold/silver). First, a recessed engraving (0.1-0.2mm depth, clear and three-dimensional) is created on the leather surface using a copper mold (temperature 120-150℃, pressure 3-5kg). Then, gold/silver metallic foil (matte finish, avoiding gloss) is filled into the recessed design. A second hot-pressing process (80-100℃) bonds the metallic foil to the leather, ensuring the design is resistant to friction and won’t peel off. A high-strength, environmentally friendly adhesive (such as neoprene) is applied to the back of the label, and it’s then hot-pressed (60-70℃, pressure 2kg, time 10 seconds) to secure it above the pocket. The edges are then hand-stitched with 0.3mm fine nylon thread (1mm stitch length, stitches hidden within the curved edge of the label, almost invisible) for double fixation to prevent detachment.
